Welcome to Stamped. By using the Stamped mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Stamped is a social app that lets you vote for friends using predefined award categories. Awards are curated by Stamped — users cannot create custom award text. The App requires phone number authentication and access to your device contacts to function.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stamped. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Your account is created automatically when you sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
You agree to use Stamped only for its intended purpose. You must not:
All award categories in Stamped are predefined and curated by us. Users do not create, upload, or modify award content. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove award categories at any time.
All content, design, and code within Stamped are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Stamped at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Stamped is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
