privacy policy

Effective date: March 30, 2026

Stamped ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Stamped mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. information we collect

Phone number. We use your phone number to create and authenticate your account. Your phone number is stored securely in our database and is used to match awards sent to you by other users.

Contacts. With your permission, Stamped accesses your device's contact list to display friends you can vote for. When you vote for a friend, their phone number is sent to our server to deliver the award. We do not bulk-upload or store your entire contact list — only the phone numbers of friends you actively vote for are transmitted.

Usage data. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymised usage data such as screen views and feature engagement. This helps us improve the app experience. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data.

Local notifications. With your permission, we schedule local notifications to remind you about daily awards. Notification preferences are stored on your device only.

3. data sharing

4. data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your user record, received awards, and associated vote data from our servers.

5. your rights

6. children's privacy

Stamped is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
